What you can expect from SOI’s serviced office spaces

IT Infrastructure


Your internet is a full wireless solution with totally unlimited upload and download.  The bandwidth is 500MB on the main link with the secondary backup link of 300mb for full redundancy. This infrastructure will provide you with a private and secure connection monitored 24/7 by our IT Support team, who are based on site.  This includes individual dedicated VLAN and network subnet for each suite.

Alternatively, we can provide you with flexible dedicated bandwidth solution which can be upgraded at any time, this would be a cost effective solution once you have 4 or more users.

VOIP Desk Phone

All desks can be set up with hands free VOIP desk phones, which include all your incoming and outgoing calls for local, national and mobile calls, plus a personal voicemail set up.

Meeting and Boardroom bookings

All serviced office tenants enjoy the benefit of access to SOI meeting rooms, including boardrooms. We have a number of meeting rooms accommodating up to 4, 6 and even 14 people.

The latest technology

Each meeting room is modern and features the latest in technology to run efficient and impressive meetings and training sessions. What’s more, our on-site support staff will assist you in setting up, using and troubleshooting all IT equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly.


Should you require catering for your next meeting or training session, SOI is pleased to arrange catered meals for you and your guests.

We know you’re busy, which is why we offer concierge services to free up your time. These include:

  • Dry-cleaning – simply drop off your dry-cleaning to our receptionists and pick it up again the next day
  • Order lunch/coffee from your favourite nearby café or restaurant and receive an SMS which it’s ready to be picked up!

By joining the SOI community you are given priority to enrol your child into the Lumley House Child Care centre with no waitlist.
